Patent Attorney (f/m/d) – Position available immediately
with a university degree in the field of physics or engineering.
We offer a challenging and varied job in a pleasant working environment.We will take the time to train you and familiarize you with all aspects of intellectual property. Your work will focus on drafting patent applications and conducting national and international examination proceedings. You will be in contact with clients from the very beginning and work on inventions in a wide range of technological fields.
You have an excellent academic background in physics or engineering, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in technological innovations. Excellent English and German language skills are essential.

For our office in Munich we are looking for a
Patent Attorney (f/m/d) – Position available immediately
from the filed of chemistry or biochemistry with sound chemical and biochemical expertise for training as a German, European or European Patent Attorney.
You have an above-average degree, including a doctorate, in one of the above-mentioned fields, sound chemical and biochemical expertise, and the ability to understand complex issues and to communicate them orally and in writing. We expect you to be highly motivated to learn new scientific topics. We also expect you to be a team player and to have very good German and English language skills.
At the same time, you will be trained as a German and European patent attorney. In particular, you will learn how to draft patent applications, how to independently handle the subsequent German, European and international examination proceedings and how to correspond with colleagues and clients from all over the world. You will also be involved in litigation proceedings. Our goal is long-term cooperation beyond the training period.
